The accommodation had a great location near a local museum and was also close to Germany, making it very convenient for travelers.

The hotel was very central, perfect for the train station and town centre. Our hotel room was large, modern and very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Only the charge incurred for paying by debit card.

Location, facilities, spacious ground floor/bar/lounge, in city, rooms light filled. A little noisy at night due to street foot traffic but once they moved on it was great. Would definitely stay again

This place was awesome for me and my friend. the rooms were a good size and had everything we needed, including a fan to keep cool 💨. the pictures they showed matched what we saw when we got there, and it was nice to see the extra beds not being used. the staff here were really efficient and helpful.

we came just to see the nightlife of dortmund, so it was easy to have a cheap but great hotel in the center of dortmund

Regretfully the location was great but the place was a dump. It was like a transit station for refugees. The staff were rude.

Clean, helpful staff, 24 hour (including the bar!), good value for 8 guys there to watch bvb. Perfect for hitting the saack after a long day.

Breakfast was a bit short on stuff on the Saturday but on the whole that's a minor complaint.

Comfy beds, decent sized and practical rooms - we thoroughly enjoyed it. the breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice of good food. - the staff were very helpful and amiable all of the time.

They gave us uncleaned room two times...

The rooms were squeaky clean with privet bathroom, you feel like home. A hair dryer, toiletries and bath sheets were a plus. It had central location close to Orchestra Center Nrw.
